Dnes u\u017e toti\u017e m\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 zaplatit nebankovn\u00ed hypot\u00e9ka dru\u017estevn\u00ed byt FAHD. I kdy\u017e je to s t\u011bmi dru\u017estevn\u00edmi nemovitostmi komplikovan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, co se jejich vlastnictv\u00ed t\u00fdk\u00e1, lze i tyto nebankovn\u00ed hypot\u00e9kou financovat. A vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee jsou dru\u017estevn\u00ed byty levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e ty soukrom\u00e9, se na n\u011b logicky i hypot\u00e9ka se\u017eene sn\u00e1ze.
